About Us

Located one mile from the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Talley Ho Inn is the oldest continually operated hotel in Townsend. Victor Talley and his wife Helen began renting the original eight units in 1953, while Victor worked at Aluminum Company of America in nearby Alcoa. Today the inn is operated by the third generation of the Talley family.
